This platform is an independent student project developed individually to help peer-to-peer lost and found interactions. It is not officially affiliated with, run by, or endorsed by Bicol University or its administration.
1. Acceptance & Scope
By registering, logging in, or posting items on this website, you agree to comply with these terms. This site is provided free of charge for student and faculty peer-to-peer assistance and does not represent an official administrative division of any campus.
2. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability
This website functions purely as an open community bulletin board. The student developer, moderators, and Bicol University:
- Assume **no responsibility** for the actual recovery of items or database errors.
- Are **not liable** for any theft, physical damage to properties, or disputes between parties.
- Are **not responsible** for any safety incidents, thefts, or meeting hazards arising from meetings scheduled via this platform.
3. User Meetup Safety
All users meet at their **own risk**. We strictly advise users to follow our safety guidelines: meet only in broad daylight in busy public campus areas, never meet alone, and report any suspicious meetups or reward solicitations immediately to the administrator or campus security.
4. Termination & Abuse
We reserve the right to remove any post, delete comments, or suspend user access for violating conduct rules (e.g. spamming, posting mock/prank items, attempting reward extortion, or engaging in harassment).
